City of St. Louis Park: Garbage stickers
Your standard rate does not cover collection of garbage that does not fit in your cart with the lid closed. If you occasionally have extra bags of household garbage that don’t fit inside your cart, you are allowed to set them outside your cart for collection as long as each bag has a $3 extra garbage sticker affixed to it.

These stickers are only for bags of regular household garbage.
Extra garbage stickers cannot be used for bulky items like carpeting or furniture, appliances, electronics or yard waste.
Excessive use of extra garbage stickers may result in an increase in your garbage cart size and solid waste rate.
Extra garbage stickers can be purchased at city hall or the Municipal Service Center.
